The Optimizer

The AI Inventory Min/Max Optimizer uses a V4 Enterprise ensemble model combining XGBoost and Random Forest to predict optimal stock levels. Trained on 400,000 synthetic scenarios calibrated against real-world consumption patterns, it delivers accurate MIN (Reorder Point) and MAX values ready for SAP MM02 upload.

XGBoost (400 trees, 60% weight) + Random Forest (200 trees, 40% weight) for robust predictions across all demand patterns.
